Shipping policy
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that we do not have control over your order and its shipping time once we deliver it to your directed shipper. In the event of delays, we will assist as much as our knowledge of, and influence with, the carrier will permit. Please note that you may experience longer than normal processing and shipping times during peak holiday seasons. We are committed to doing our best to get your products in transit as soon as possible. Once in transit, we ask your patience in receiving your product(s).

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@dogwoodtradingco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that UPS does not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes. If you need your order delivered to a P.O. Box, please insure that you select USPS as your shipping method. Any orders placed to P.O. Boxes with UPS as the designated shipper will result in delays to your product being shipped and potential cancellation of your order by our staff. Additionally, we will not honor requests for refunds due to shipping delays when shipping is requested to a P.O. Box with any other carrier than USPS.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery on returnable items. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@dogwoodtradingco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
